Bath Community Energy is a community enterprise, set up by volunteers involved with Transition Bath’s Energy Group. For more information please visit www.bathcommunityenergy.co.uk.

Bath Community Energy’s primary purpose is to develop renewable energy projects, in partnership with and for the benefit of the local community. Bath Community Energy is currently developing hydro and solar PV projects and is considering the development of wind turbine projects in the near future. There is a plan in place to develop 1.5MWe of renewable energy across these three technologies over the next few years, sufficient to develop a financially viable community enterprise as well as provide a return to members and generate a community fund for further local projects.

The purpose of this survey is to gauge the level of local interest in investing in such a community enterprise. Your responses are only an indication of potential interest and do not constitute any commitment to respond in any particular way in the future and will not be taken as such.
