Cllr David Martin will talk about his role as the Council's Champion for Energy and Climate Change. Followed by a general discussion.

Dr David Martin was elected as a Liberal Democrat Councillor for Bathwick in May 2011. he has a PhD in materials physics, and is a chartered engineer and a member of the Energy Institute. He is a freelance consultant on sustainable energy research and development.
